Shelfy won't turn on

If your product won't turn on, don't worry, it may be super easy so solve it. We suggest you follow these steps:

1. Try a different charger and cable

Sometimes, the problem might be related to the charger or the cable. Use a different cable (we recommend always using the one that came with it) or compatible charger (find more information here) to see if your device charges properly.

2. Reset it with the charging cable connected

  • Connect the charging cable to your device.
  • Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds.
  • After 10 seconds, remove the charging cable.
  • Release the power button.
  • Connect the charging cable again and try to turn the device on.
