Privacy Policy - Newsletter

The provision of data is optional. Failure to provide it will result in the inability to subscribe to the newsletter and receive commercial and informational communications from the Controller.
If you decide to provide a phone number, it will be used only to send communications via SMS and/or WhatsApp where you have provided specific consent; if you do not provide it, you will still be able to receive the newsletter by email.

Recipients

In order to comply with existing contracts or related purposes, your data will be processed by companies contractually linked to Laboratori Fabrici srl and, in particular, may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:

• subjects that provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks;
• freelancers, firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
• platform managers for sending newsletters and managing marketing communications (including SMS/instant messaging communications, where applicable);
• competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers.

Data transfer to a third country and/or an international organization

The sending of newsletters and the management of marketing communications are carried out using the Klaviyo platform, provided by Klaviyo, Inc., based in the United States of America. Klaviyo declares adherence to the Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, international transfers are supported by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under its Data Processing Agreement.

Rights of the data subject | Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

You may exercise your rights under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679 by contacting the Data Controller at privacy@vitesy.com. You have the right, at any time, to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing.
Furthermore, where provided, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing of your data violates EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority – Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Modification of the Privacy Policy

The owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. In order to facilitate this verification, the information will contain an indication of the update date.
