The real-time sensor data aren’t updated

If you can’t see the data updated in real-time, your Natede Smart isn’t connected to the network. You can check on your device list:

  • If you see a green dot your Natede Smart is connected;
  • If you see a grey dot it means that your Natede Smart is not connected to your WiFi network

This happens when the connection isn’t good and your Natede Smart can’t send the measurements to our servers.

Make sure that your Natede Smart is always near the router with a good WiFi connection.
