Why is the data not up to date?

If your data is not up to date, don't worry. Since Shelfy works in purification cycles, the data is not updated in real time but every 15 minutes or so.

We suggest you check again after half an hour to see if the data has been updated. If after 24 hours it still hasn't updated try following the suggestions in this FAQ.
