Shelfy doesn't recharge

When Shelfy is charging, you'll see the LED around the button flash white. If you don't see it and Shelfy isn't charging, verify that the charger you used is working and powered.

Once you have verified that the charger is working, try restarting Shelfy by holding down the button for 10 seconds; the LED around the button will glow orange. Hold down until the LED goes out. If the device still does not charge try using another one, the charger used may not be compatible or not supported.
