I can’t connect the app to the Natural Air Purifier

Please, try to delete the app and download it again, and to reset the device.

Follow this step-by-step guide to connect your device:

  1. Open the app, signup and create a new account (or login).
  2. Then, you need to connect the Natural Air Purifier WiFi so you go on the WiFi setting on your smartphone and select the Natural Air Purifier WiFi with the following password: 1234567890.
  3. You return to the app and you need to enter your WiFi home name (SSID) and your password.

Alternatively, you can use the direct connection (on the first screen below signup/login buttons). Have you tried it?

If the problem persists, it may be due to your home Wifi. Natural Air Purifier works only with a WiFi frequency of 2.4GHz and some routers have a frequency of 5GHz. So, please try to change your WiFi frequency.
