The app reports me an “ERROR 2” after the WiFi connection

We are constantly working on our app and your feedback is essential for us to improve it! It seems that your device can’t connect to our services.

The main causes of this problem are:

  • Your router has some limitations like firewalls or port 8883 blocked, the port used to communicate with our service through Secure MQTT - it could happen especially in company networks
  • Poor connection

Check your router and remove all the limitations it may have. Make sure that Natede is near the router and your connection is good.
