The app reports me an “ERROR 2” after the WiFi connection

This problem regards some limitations in your network

Please, make sure that your router doesn’t have limitations like: 

  • Firewalls
  • Port 8883 blocked (this one is the port used to communicate with our service through Secure MQTT - it could happen especially in company networks

This error could also regards:

  • Poor connection

Check your router and remove all the limitations it may have. Make sure that Natede Smart is near the router and your connection is good.
