Update the Firmware

That’s why it’s important to connect Natede to the Vitesy Hub app: to ensure your device is always up to date with the latest version.

The update is automatic as long as the device is connected and the Wi-Fi connection is stable.

Why hasn't my Natede been updated with the latest firmware?

Unstable connection:
If the device isn't connected to a Wi-Fi network, the update won't be able to start.
Solution: We recommend keeping the device connected to Wi-Fi at all times to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted update process.

Error during product registration:
If you encounter an error during registration, it may be due to an unstable Bluetooth connection. Make sure you are close to the device and stay within the app while registering.
Solution: Reset the device and repeat the registration process.
