How long is the warranty valid and what does it cover?

The warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of delivery. It covers defects or issues arising from the proper use of our products. It is essential that the product is used in accordance with the instructions we provided. Any damages or malfunctions caused by improper use will not be covered by the warranty.


If you encounter an issue with your product, please reach out to support@vitesy.com. After performing a remote analysis and determining that the product needs to be repaired or replaced by us, we will arrange for the withdrawal of the unit and take care of the rest. You won't have to sustain any costs!

If you're contacting us after the warranty period is over, we will of course still assist you, but in this case the maintenance will be at your expense.
