How can I return my product?

If you don't like our product or doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry! You can return it within 14 days from the delivery date and get a full refund.

Here's how it works:

1. Contact us at support@vitesy.com telling us that you want to return a product and why.
2. You will receive a return document with all the instructions on how to proceed.
3. You can ship the product back to us (for returns, shipping costs and custom fees are at your expense).
4. Once we receive the product we will proceed with the full refund.

NB: for a full refund all components must be present and in good condition.
