Why is there condensation when I take Shelfy out of the refrigerator?

Condensation is a physical phenomenon that occurs when a cold body (Shelfy) comes into contact with warmer air. Water molecules suspended in the air (moisture) when they are near Shelfy cool and condense on the surface.

The extent of condensation depends on several factors, such as: temperature difference between air and product, air humidity, heat capacity of the cold body, and atmospheric pressure.

Do not worry if when you take Shelfy out of the refrigerator you notice condensation on the shells, we have designed the product with this phenomenon in mind, however, it is very important to wait for the condensation to evaporate before recharging Shelfy.

If you notice a lot of condensation with dripping please contact support at support@vitesy.com.
