If you can’t see your Natede in the Bluetooth list:
- your device may be already connected
- you’re too far from the device
- there are some interference
Please try the following steps:
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and turn it back on.
- Make sure that your Natede is near the router.
- If you tried to connect your Natede before, make sure to eliminate your device from the app.
- Reset your Natede with the button under the base.
