I can't see my Natede Smart on the Bluetooth list

If you can’t see your Natede in the Bluetooth list:

  • your device may be already connected
  • you’re too far from the device
  • there are some interference

 Please try the following steps:

  • Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and turn it back on.
  • Make sure that your Natede is near the router.
  • If you tried to connect your Natede before, make sure to eliminate your device from the app.
  • Reset your Natede with the button under the base.
