I can't see my Eteria on the Bluetooth list

If you can’t see your Eteria in the Bluetooth list:

• your device may be already connected
• you’re too far from the device
• there are some interference

Please try the following steps:

• Make sure that your Eteria is near the router.
• If you tried to connect your Eteria before, make sure to eliminate your device from the app.
• Reset your Eteria with the button under the base.
