How can I delete a device?

Please note: by deleting a device from your account you will lose access to all the data you have collected. Even if you perform a new registration, your previous data will no longer be accessible.

If you wish to delete your account you can proceed from the Application:

  • Access the Device Settings (“tune” icon at the bottom right of the tab bar).
  • Scroll to the bottom of the menu
  • Click the “Disconnect Device” button.
  • Confirm your choice
