The app notifies me of a registration error

If after a successful WiFi connection you receive an error related to device registration, the causes may be as follows:

  • The signal is unstable or weak: move closer to the router and try again.
  • Your WiFi network may not have internet access: check by trying to connect with another device.
  • If it still does not work, try connecting to the hotspot on your cell phone. If the connection is successful, go into the "Settings" section of the app and manually change WiFi by switching to your home network and check that the device has connected.
