I don't see my Shelfy in the device list

If you cannot see Shelfy in the device list:

  • Shelfy is not in Bluetooth mode. To activate it, double-click the device until the LED lights up blue.
  • You are too far away from your Shelfy.
  • Your phone's Bluetooth may not be on: check in settings.
  • There is some interference: try scrolling down to refresh and try again. Also try closing the device's connection screen and reopening it.
