If you cannot see Shelfy in the device list:
- Shelfy is not in Bluetooth mode. To activate it, double-click the device: the LED will blink blue.
- You are too far away from your Shelfy.
- Your phone's Bluetooth may not be on: check in settings.
- There is some interference: try scrolling down to refresh and try again. Also try closing the device's connection screen and reopening it.
If it still doesn't work, try to restart your Shelfy.
