- When you connect to the power supply the LED on the tech unit blinks twice?
- Have you tried to place the magnetic plug at the left of the LED light?
- Have you tried to reset the device?
- When you connect your Natural Air Purifier to the electricity are you able to see the device WiFi with your smartphone?
- Please check if the magnet is still on the top of the self-watering system and make sure that you entered the cable properly inside the tech unit. Maybe the gasket prevents the correct cable entry.
