When you connect to the power supply the LED on the tech unit blinks twice?
Have you tried to place the magnetic plug at the left of the LED light?
Have you tried to reset the device?
When you connect your Natural Air Purifier to the electricity are you able to see the device WiFi with your smartphone?
Please check if the magnet is still on the top of the self-watering system and make sure that you entered the cable properly inside the tech unit. Maybe the gasket prevents the correct cable entry.
