I’m not able to turn on my Natural Air Purifier

To turn on your device waving the magnetic plug near the LED.

  • When you connect to the power supply the LED on the tech unit blinks twice?
  • Have you tried to place the magnetic plug at the left of the LED light?
  • Have you tried to reset the device?
  • When you connect your Natural Air Purifier to the electricity are you able to see the device WiFi with your smartphone?
  • Please check if the magnet is still on the top of the self-watering system and make sure that you entered the cable properly inside the tech unit. Maybe the gasket prevents the correct cable entry.
