What are the requirements of the WiFi network?

Below you will find the main requirements of the WiFi network. Check that:

• Your WiFi network is set to a 2.4 GHz frequency. You can try changing the frequency of your router or, if it is dual-band, create a new WiFi network with a 2.4 GHz frequency. Shelfy only works with a 2.4 GHz frequency.
• Your WiFi password is at least 8 characters long and a maximum of 64 characters long.
• Your WiFi password does not contain any special characters. Here is the list of accepted characters: ! # $ & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~ "
• Also check that your WiFi network is set to channel 11 or lower in the settings.
• You are not using a WiFi Extender. Shelfy does not currently support some of them.
