The real-time data aren’t updated

If you can’t see the data updated in real-time, your Natede isn’t connected to the network. You can check on your device list:

  • if you see a green dot your Natede is connected;
  • If you see a grey one it means that your Natede isn’t connected to your WiFi network

This happens when the connection isn’t good and your Natede can’t send the measurements to our servers. Make sure that your Natede is always near the router with a good WiFi connection.
