The app reports me an “ERROR 6” after the WiFi connection

We are working on our app every day and your feedback is essential for us to improve it! If you see this error it means that your device still has some information on it - maybe you tried to connect it more than once.

This is why it’s important to delete them with the reset. Try to reset your Natede with the button under the base. If necessary, try more than once.
